Complaints

We take all complaints seriously. We have a full complaints policy and procedure which is available from the school office. Initial complaints should be made to the Headteacher, Sara Evans via telephone on 01252 854302 or via email to sara.evans@napierschoo.co.uk. If the complaint is concerning the Headteacher please contact Ciaran Walsh, Regional Director on 01204 522667 or via email to ciaran.walsh@ofgl.co.uk. An appeals process is included in this policy.
